Recognition for ELdeS
At Ivy Thomas Memorial School, we embrace every challenge with commitment and a forward-thinking vision. In 2023, we embarked on an innovative project: integrating sign language learning into our educational approach through a self-managed platform powered by artificial intelligence.
From day one, our students and teachers worked with dedication, overcoming obstacles and progressing with determination. Together with Martín and Fabián Curzio, founders of EldeS, we tackled technological and pedagogical challenges, convinced that inclusion is a fundamental pillar of our education.
Today, as we look back, we celebrate the achievements this journey has brought us. In 2024, we were finalists in the NODO Awards for Educational Innovation and our students earned their sign language certification—an accomplishment that fills us with pride.
The start of this year brought news that further strengthens our commitment to innovation and inclusion: EldeS received the Global EdTech Awards 2025, recognising it as the most innovative educational company in the world. In this context, its founders were invited to the UNESCO plenary session in Paris to present their educational model, where they highlighted our experience at Ivy Thomas as a successful example of implementation and collaborative work.
This recognition not only validates our efforts but also inspires us to continue building an education that opens doors, broadens perspectives and embraces diversity. At Ivy Thomas, we believe in education with real impact—one that transforms lives and makes the world a more inclusive place for all..
